Biography
Ishita is a senior lawyer at Sprintlaw.
Ishita is a dual-qualified lawyer, licensed to practise in both the UK (England & Wales) and India. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business structuring. Ishita has a decade of experience in advising early stage and growth startups and SMEs on a broad range of business and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Sprintlaw, Ishita worked at prominent law firms in London, UK and Mumbai India. In 2021, Ishita brought her extensive legal expertise to the Sprintlaw team. Since then, Ishita’s brilliance and dedication has been recognised by her peers. She has been nominated for two prestigious awards, the Customer Excellence SME Award and Women in Law Small Business Award.
