Leo Khreish

Leo is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience across business acquisitions, commercial contracting, and corporate structuring. He has advised on a wide range of transactions, including business and share sales, commercial leases, and related negotiations.

Before joining Sprintlaw, Leo worked with Australia’s largest pharmacy brokerage firm where he acted for buyers, sellers, landlords, and financiers in complex commercial transactions.

His work spanned end-to-end deal management and high-volume contract work. giving him strong commercial instincts and a practical understanding of how businesses’ operate.
