Our package starts from $900 + GST and includes drafting a Company Constitution to suit your business requirements, phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer who can advise on the relevant legal issues, and one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide. Our lawyers can also review your existing constitution and member register to identify any requirements for adopting a new constitution.
