If it is set up correctly from the start, licensing your IP can be a great way to expand your brand into new markets. An IP Licence agreement is the best way to clearly set out the arrangement between the parties involved.

This includes an Intercompany IP Licence drafted to meet the requirements of your business, phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer, and a complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide to you.
