Our package starts from $900 + GST. It includes drafting a Conjunction Agreement to suit your business requirements, phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer to advise on the relevant legal issues, and one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide.

A Conjunction Agreement will typically cover key matters such as authority, commission, other relevant fees, and the nature of the services being provided. A key issue to record in writing is that one agent is allowing another agent to sell property on their behalf.

When authority to sell property is involved, it’s important to have a written agreement in place, as there can be significant scope for people to act outside what is expected. A Conjunction Agreement can limit or define that authority to help avoid issues later.
