Gym Terms & Conditions with our legal team

Gym Terms & Conditions typically include provisions covering important matters such as payment obligations, cancellation fees, liability limitations, including for gym injuries, and other key protections. New Zealand Consumer Law also requires certain matters to be reflected in your T&Cs. We generally recommend that gyms have a Membership Form that includes the member’s contact details, with a set of legal T&Cs attached to the back of the form.

Our fixed-fee Gym Terms & Conditions packages start at $900 + GST. This includes Gym Terms & Conditions drafted in line with your requirements, phone consultations with a Sprintlaw lawyer, and one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide.

We work online, so we can help wherever you are in New Zealand. Our team works remotely, mainly from Australia.
