If you're filming on private or public property, it's important to obtain consent from the various groups you'll be working with. As mentioned above, a Location Release Form is a necessary document between you, as the filmmaker, photographer or creative producer, and the owner of the property you'll be filming on.

It's also important to have written agreements with the people you'll actually be filming, if this applies. This includes a Photography/Video Consent Form, which allows you to use that material for promotional or commercial purposes with the consent of the relevant parties.
