It does not include tax advice, ongoing representation, or acting as your negotiator after the review is delivered. If you need help with amendments, a call with the other party, or review of additional documents linked to the same deal, we can discuss that as a separate piece of work so the scope stays clear from the outset.

Once you send through the contract, a lawyer reviews the document and prepares a written summary of the key issues identified. That summary usually highlights the clauses worth attention, why they matter, and what next step may make sense, such as signing as is, asking for changes, or getting further advice on a specific point.
