Recruitment & Labour Hire Agreements

Labour hire is where a company engages a labour hire agency to hire new employees. Instead of hiring and interviewing candidates directly, the company enters into an agreement with a separate labour hire agency to manage the hiring process for them.

This can make things easier for companies that may not have the time to handle recruitment themselves. However, it also carries some risk because multiple parties are involved.
