Standard Forms of Agreement (Telecommunications)

A Standard Form of Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for how you provide your telecommunications services, including pricing, term, network levels, and any installations, if required. It should be made available on your website for customers to access.

As part of our fixed-fee Standard Form of Agreement package, you'll get an agreement drafted to meet the needs of your telecommunications business. You'll also receive phone consultations with our expert lawyers and one complimentary amendment to the final draft we provide.

These packages start at $900 + GST. Please note that if any installation services, such as NBN or routers, are required, additional fees will apply.

Your legal consultant will then send you an email with more information about the services you need, along with a fixed-fee quote setting out the cost, scope of the service, and timing. If you are happy with the scope, you can accept and sign our engagement letter online.

Once you have formally accepted, we will connect you with a specialist lawyer who will work with you to complete your project. They will contact you by email or phone if needed.
