That said, the service is not an unlimited retainer for open-ended deal strategy or ongoing representation after completion. If the round becomes heavily contested, expands into multiple side arrangements, or requires extensive post-closing support, we may recommend a separate scope. The aim here is to help move the round through the legal closing phase with clear attention to the main issues.

The fixed-fee applies to If your matter needs more support, we will make that clear before any additional work begins. That usually includes reviewing and preparing the main closing documents, advising on legal issues that affect completion, and helping with amendments needed to get the round signed. It does not cover tax advice or ongoing representation once the transaction has completed.
