It depends on how your software is provided to users. An End User Licence Agreement is usually used when you are licensing software to be downloaded, installed or used by end users. It can set out the scope of the licence, usage restrictions, intellectual property ownership, updates, termination rights and liability provisions.

Website terms or SaaS terms may cover different arrangements, such as access to an online platform or general website use. If your product includes an app, downloadable software or other licensed technology, a separate EULA may be appropriate.
