Gym Terms & Conditions typically include provisions covering important matters such as payment obligations, cancellation fees, liability limitations, including for gym injuries, and other key protections. New Zealand Consumer Law also requires certain matters to be reflected in your T&Cs. We generally recommend that gyms have a Membership Form that includes the member’s contact details, with a set of legal T&Cs attached to the back of the form.
