WHAT’S IT FOR?

Registering your charity with the New Zealand Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) has benefits such as making your organisation eligible for tax concessions as a charity. We can help you apply for registration with the ACNC.

• 1 Application to ACNC for registration of your organisation as a charity
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that your application will be successful, as the ACNC makes the final decision. This package does not include any DGR or other tax advice. If you need further assistance because your application is refused or the ACNC requires more information from you, we will need to set up another project.
