WHAT’S IT FOR?

As your startup grows, a cap table can help you make more informed decisions regarding the company. Cap tables show ownership interests in your company, including what securities the company has, how much investors paid for them and the percentage of ownership each investor has in the company.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll create a capitalisation table based on the requirements of your business.

This package includes:

• Scenario modelling to show the dilutive effects from new investors on existing shareholders at a future equity round (i.e. a hypothetical Series A);
• Scenario modelling to show the effects of hypothetical convertible instruments converting;
• Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the model.

Please note that this package does not include looking at the financial information of your business to determine a valuation. We cannot provide you with a valuation of your business on exit.
