Register a Security Interest (Additional Registration)

WHAT’S IT FOR?

The PPSR is the public New Zealand register where details of security interests in personal property can be registered and searched. If you hold a security interest in personal property, it is important to register it on the PPSR. Registration protects you against the risk of your customer going insolvent and will preserve your position of priority in relation to the secured property against other lenders or suppliers.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

This package is an add-on to the Register a Security Interest package for additional registrations of goods on the PPSR.

This package includes:

• Registering 1 x additional security interest on the PPSR in accordance with the requirements of your business and providing you with the Verification Statement

This package is for registration against one grantor. If you want multiple registrations against different grantors, we will provide you with a quote in accordance to the number of grantors. If your registration is for a period of more than 7 years, additional fees will apply.
