Includes:
ASIC FORM APPLICATION
MEMBERS AND DIRECTORS RESOLUTION
PHONE CONSULTATIONS

WHAT’S IT FOR?

If your company is no longer operating, you can voluntarily de-register the company. However, you’ll need to meet the criteria for voluntary de-registration and follow ASIC’s process to lodge the application correctly.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We’ll assist with an application for voluntary de-registration of your company.

This package includes:

  • Preparing an ASIC Form 6010 Application for Voluntary De-registration of 1 company
  • Preparing members and directors resolution
  • Phone consultations (up to 60 minutes) with a Sprintlaw lawyer who will take your instructions, advise you on the legal issues you need to know and answer your questions about the application
  • Optional: if we are already your registered agent, we can lodge the Form 6010 for you online. If we are not your registered agent, you will need to print out the documents we prepare, sign and send to ASIC directly.

Please note that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the conditions for voluntarily de-registering your company (for example, you must not have anymore outstanding debts, liabilities or disputes)
  • ASIC will have a fee that you must pay when lodging the application. This is not included in the price of this package.

This package will be completed when the application is submitted to ASIC and our engagement for this project will end. However, there is a 2 month waiting period before your company is officially de-registered. As a complimentary service, we will forward any correspondence from ASIC during this time.
